The i-Trans competitiveness cluster brings together a vast range of companies — international and domestic, SME/SMIs, even very small companies, laboratories, public and private research centres, institutions of higher education, universities and engineering schools, to develop the unique skills needed to meet the major challenges of innovative transport.

More than 20 research bodies representing 1,800 public sector researchers, and 2,000 students undergoing training in the fields encompassed by the cluster.
